Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Copies of the Title, Money transfer fees or fees for Indemnity Policies (if required).
We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
You will be required to obtain an information pack from the management company which can cost between £120 and £500 on average. This is a guide only and the cost could be significantly more.
The average cost for obtaining copies of the title is £9, although on occasion it may be necessary to obtain copies of other documents held at the Land Registry.
How long it will take from an offer being accepted until completion will depend on a number of factors.
The average process takes between six and twelve weeks. It can be quicker or slower, depending on the parties in the chain.
