PROBATE & LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
When someone dies, the process of obtaining the legal right to deal with their Estate is known as applying for a Grant of Representation, or Probate.
If a person dies without leaving a Will, the process is known as obtaining Letters of Administration.
We can help and advise you on what to do after someone dies, either with or without a Will.
