Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 5pm, although we are closed between 1pm & 2pm.

The offices are conveniently located off the A50 Eastbound in Meir, Stoke-on-Trent.  Our postcode for use with Satellite Navigation Systems is ST3 6AJ, or alternatively you can save or send directions to your phone using Google Maps here. 

We have a car park at the rear of the office, as well as limited free on-street parking.  A public (paying) car park is available in the town with prices starting at 50p for a 30 minute stay.  

Please try and avoid parking in the bays directly in front of the office as these are for loading only and may result in you receiving a parking ticket and/or fine.
